About Me

Hi, I’m Alyssa Timonera Yabut ( Ang Baking Ina mo!), a Mother of two wonderful kids and a passionate baker with a love for creating custom cakes and pastries. Every great story begins with a spark of inspiration, and mine started in the heart of my home, surrounded by the love of my family. As a mother of two, I always found joy in creating sweet moments for my kids. In 2018, I discovered my passion for baking when I decided to craft something special for my two daughters and Ellie is who has been the muse for my brand. Her vibrant personality and love for sweet treats ignited my dream to turn my kitchen hobby into something more meaningful.

Our Story

My journey as a baker started with how much I enjoyed making sweet treats for my loved ones. Being a Mother, the joy of seeing the happiness on my children's faces when they had a slice of cake was worth everything. It was 2018 that I decided to pursue my passion further with the motivation drawn from my two's child bubbly personality. Naming my business after one of my daughter's names seemed the best way of paying tribute to the love and support my family has ever provided me.
What was initially a humble pursuit soon escalated to something larger. I started making special cakes for friends and family, and then a small but growing number of customers who valued the personal attention I gave to each piece. Every cake became a work of art, each one has a story waiting to be told and a celebration waiting to be shared.
By late nights in the kitchen and endless experiments mastering recipes, I learned that baking was not a skill but rather my means of connecting with people. From birthday celebrations to wedding receptions, my cakes were now a part of treasured experiences, and seeing that my masterpieces brought an element of sweetness to these milestone events gave me a sense of purpose and appreciation.

Today, my path continues as I work diligently to ensure every cake is a work of art in taste and form. With every order, I dedicate myself crafting something is truly extraordinary, because I think each celebration should have a cake as distinctive as the individuals who are part of it.
